Alexis Rusnak

Alexis is a DMV native, originally from Germantown, Maryland, who is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping people navigate and grow in their careers. She thrives on connecting with new people and supporting them in finding opportunities that truly fit.

She graduated from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration and played collegiate lacrosse, an experience that shaped her collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.

Prior to joining DesignForce, Alexis built her career in talent and workforce management, partnering closely with both clients and professionals to create thoughtful, seamless hiring experiences.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog Reese, trying new restaurants, and heading to a workout class.
