Danielle Sperry

Danielle’s passion for improving the well-being of employees is the driving force behind her personal career goals, and why she was drawn to working at DesignForce. She channeled this motivation into her Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master’s program at Clemson University. Through this opportunity, develop her data analysis skills as well as developing thoughtful, innovative solutions to address employee engagement, organizational development, and occupational health. As a Virginia Tech graduate, she strives to embrace ut prosim in every aspect of her life, including her advocacy for career professionals in the built environment.

From a strategic perspective, Danielle is supportive of the trend coming where organizations need to start to meet the new standards for occupational health the market and younger influx of employees are demanding. With her results-oriented and people-centric approach to consulting, she is excited to be a contributor to elevating the employee experience in the industry.
