With 13 years of experience in the architecture and design industry, there's no doubting Jason’s passion for the built environment. While Jason’s experience in the design sector is diverse, workplace design has always had a special place in his heart. Delving into an organization's unique values, brand, and work styles, along with positively impacting the culture of an organization and the employees within it, really made him tick.

That interest in workplace experience and desire to help AEC professionals build more fulfilling careers is what led him to DesignForce. At DesignForce, Jason spends him time building meaningful, genuine relationships, and helping others feel inspired, passionate, and excited by their careers. Outside of work, you can find Jason hiking in Rock Creek Park with his goldendoodle, eating his way through DC, or (most passionately) traveling!
