Jason Neiswinter

After several years in the nonprofit sector, Jason is excited to bring his servant leadership skills, passion for relationship building, and creative problem-solving capabilities to the built environment. Jason’s innate curiosity about people and their unique stories fuels his dedication to elevating others to always present their best, most authentic selves. Valuing individuality and how it enhances society, Jason consistently promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through his personal and professional endeavors.

A proud Hokie, Jason completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Virginia Tech. He is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. In addition to his work at DesignForce, Jason is an active board member of an LGBTQ youth services nonprofit. When he is not working/volunteering, Jason can be found cuddling his cat, Winston, while watching comedy shows. He also enjoys cooking, singing & songwriting, playing video games, and going on new adventures.
