KYLE LYSY, MS

Kyle grew up in New Jersey and has always had a passion for teamwork and leadership. He attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies with a minor in coaching—all while pitching for the Varsity Baseball team. His love for learning and growth led him to pursue a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership, focusing on Leadership in Society.

After making a meaningful impact in the staffing industry, Kyle is excited to bring his expertise and relationship-building skills to the A|E|C industry. He’s passionate about connecting with people, making a difference, and helping others succeed.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Kyle at the gym, spending time with his wife, Maria, and their goldendoodle, Gus, or cheering on his favorite sports teams.
