Lauren Johnson

Lauren Johnson brings more than 12 years of experience supporting executives, organizing teams, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. As DesignForce’s Office Manager, she helps create an organized, welcoming environment where the team can focus on its work and clients feel well taken care of.

Lauren studied Business Administration at NC Wesleyan and interned with the administrative team at the Dunn Center for the Performing Arts. Those experiences helped shape her interest in supporting leaders and bringing structure to the work behind the scenes.

She enjoys finding practical solutions that make busy days easier, bringing a thoughtful approach and a positive attitude to the people she supports.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys fashion, interior design, and finding creative ways to make everyday life more intentional.
