Meet Rachel
organizational Strategy Consultant
Rachel is a passionate Industrial/Organizational Psychology professional with a background of research in the field of Commercial Real Estate. This combination of experiences sparked her interest in organizational consulting involving the built environment, leading her to DesignForce. She is inspired by the significant contributions that AEC professionals make to society and is excited to help improve their employee well-being and job satisfaction through strategic partnerships.
Rachel pursued Psychology at James Madison University (Go Dukes!), where she discovered the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and went on to earn her Master’s in I/O at George Mason University shortly after. There, she developed her analytical skills performing research and consulting projects for companies in the D.C. area. Through consulting with clients on topics such as change management, job satisfaction, mentorship, and selection, she learned the importance of helping improve people’s lives at work and boosting organizational productivity.
On her off-time, Rachel can be found with a book in her hand, exploring new coffee shops, or being a social butterfly with her friends.
