Shoumika Chodavarapu

Shoumika is a recent graduate from Clemson University with a master's in industrial/organizational psychology. Throughout her life, Shoumika has developed a passion for incorporating and promoting DEI within the workplace as well as ensuring the well-being of employees, making sure they can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

After moving from Hyderabad, India, Shoumika attended the University of Memphis where she realized her true passion for assisting organizations in developing their employee engagement and occupational health. Shoumika is excited to be able to utilize her experience to create an impact in the A|E|C industry and help organizations provide a great employee experience. When she is not working, Shoumika enjoys singing, cooking new dishes, practicing yoga, traveling and watching k-dramas.
