Stephanie Buccola, MPS

Stephanie is a Northern Virginia native who brings eight years of talent acquisition and people strategy experience to DesignForce, along with a passion for understanding what helps people feel fulfilled, supported, and successful at work. Throughout her career, she has led and developed recruiting teams, strengthened talent acquisition operations, built data-informed practices, and partnered closely with leaders to improve hiring strategy, processes, and the overall talent experience. Her curiosity about the why behind workplace behavior and her desire to make work better for people led her to earn a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, where she deepened her passion for using research, data, and employee insights to solve organizational challenges.

Stephanie was drawn to DesignForce by the people-first mission and the opportunity to combine her talent experience with her love of I-O psychology to help organizations and their people thrive. Outside of work, she is a foodie, craft beer enthusiast, and travel lover who enjoys trying new recipes, checking out new restaurants and breweries, and planning her next trip.
