Throughout her nine years working as a mechanical engineer, Tasmia was fortunate to have opportunities that helped her develop a passion for cultivating emotionally intelligent and healthy work environments, building genuine relationships, and above all, fostering human connection. It was this desire to connect with others and make a meaningful impact on people's lives that drew Tasmia to DesignForce.
Tasmia is excited to be able to use her experience as an engineer to help improve the lives of professionals within the AEC industry and help people find fulfillment, motivation, and meaning in their careers.

Ideal Day Off:
Start the day with some movement (a Sydney Cummings home workout is my favorite), hit a local coffee shop for an oat milk latte, go thrifting, and spend the rest of the day sewing (ask me about some of my favorite clothing creations!)
